At Murano Plus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective materials and shipping crate to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend utilizing insurance for high-value glass and lighting fixtures.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
